• The Internet and Digital TV package refers to the blended package of Internet plus Digital TV service delivered in the same network or different network by Sudarshan Television Network Pvt. Ltd.
• The Internet plus TV packages refers that Sudarshan Television is using a third party internet service to provide the internet services to its Digital Cable Television users for its commercial purpose.
• Any subscribers who are willing to use Internet plus Digital Television packages known as “COMBO TV Packages” shall remain in the same network within the period of one year or six months as per the subscription model defined by Sudarshan Television Network.
• If any customer decides to discontinue the internet services and if they have already paid in advance a subscription fee, Sudarshan Television Network is not liable to refund remaining balance amount if the customers discontinue the one or both services before the expiry date of subscription period.
• Installation cost and other equipment like WiFi Internet Gateway Router and Set-Top box, distributed during the subscription period has the sole ownership of Sudarshan Television Network Pvt.Ltd.
• A Refund Amount shall refer to a sum taken by Sudarshan Television from its Digital TV customers against providing the Set-top box. The amount shall be defined as per the policy of Sudarshan Television Netowork Pvt. Ltd. If any customer wishes to discontinue the Sudarshan Television Netowork’s Digital TV services at the end of its subscription period, the company shall refund the customers deposit amount only after the safe return of the distributed Set-Top Box to the head office.
• The Combo TV users shall use the internet services under the law of Nepal Telecom Authority (NTA).
